Patrol Officer (PO1)
About the Position:
A Patrol Officers protect the lives and property of Marshville residents by performing a variety of duties including but not limited to: crime patrol, traffic enforcement, emergency responses, accident investigations, issuing citations, summonses, apprehending suspects, and community engagement. Officers work to maintain a safe environment and build positive relationships through the community.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) program certified by the NC Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission
- Valid NC Driver’s License
- Must meet all Town of Marshville and NCPOST requirements
