How mentorship and sponsorship can help advance your career
Most of us have heard of mentorship. That coach who helped you improve your sports game or that colleague who shared some tips on how to tackle a new project. While mentorship focuses on skill development, industry knowledge and navigating challenges, sponsorship is all about career advancement within an organization.
Join us for our first Emerging Leaders Luncheon of 2025 and learn the difference between mentorship and sponsorship and how to leverage them both to achieve career goals and advancement. Gain insight and knowledge that will help you prepare a game plan to level up in your organization.
