Event Description:

Social media and technology have changed the landscape of networking in today's economy, but face to face networking still remains an essential part of doing business and can reap great benefits for you and your company.  But what if networking is a challenge for you?  Especially in a room full of strangers?

At this Business Networking Luncheon, Susan Heusser with Dale Carnegie Charlotte will share proven strategies to help you at your next business event.

If you struggle to remember the name of the person you met at an event, can remember their company name but not personal details, and you want to continue the conversation with them, then this presentation will help you as Susan provides takeaways that will help you boost name recognition and expand your conversation skills.

Come have lunch with the Chamber, make some connections, and learn networking skills to help you in the year ahead.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Catering provided by Pig N Vittles

Susan Heusser encourages clients to see beyond the right now and to envision the possibilities.  Her professional path included a variety of roles within Volvo Cars where she began her career in parts and service.

Susan's talents soon led to added responsibilities in management, customer service, training, sales, marketing, and finance.   Always one to recognize the importance of change, Susan took an opportunity to develop her inherent coaching abilities and earned her Career Management Coach certification.

She honed her business acumen while earning her bachelor degree at Nyack College and her MBA at Nyack School of Business, Computer Science and Communication in Nyack, NY.  She is an Associate Certified Coach recognized through the International Coaching Federation.

Her personal mission (to help business leaders and teams reach their professional and personal goals) is a great fit for her talents as a Dale Carnegie Trainer.
