Her professional path included a variety of roles within Volvo Cars where she began her career in parts and service. \n\n\n\nSusan's talents soon led to added responsibilities in management\, customer service\, training\, sales\, marketing\, and finance.   Always one to recognize the importance of change\, Susan took an opportunity to develop her inherent coaching abilities and earned her Career Management Coach certification.\n\n\n\nShe honed her business acumen while earning her bachelor degree at Nyack College and her MBA at Nyack School of Business\, Computer Science and Communication in Nyack\, NY.  She is an Associate Certified Coach recognized through the International Coaching Federation.\n\n\n\nHer personal mission (to help business leaders and teams reach their professional and personal goals) is a great fit for her talents as a Dale Carnegie Trainer.
