Union County Community Action, Inc. (UCCA) provides comprehensive services to promote self-sufficiency for children, youth, adults, and families across Union, Anson, & Richmond counties. Our services are funded primarily through the Head Start, Early Head Start, and CSBG programs. With over 50 years of success to build upon, UCCA looks forward to a hopeful future in which we will continue to assist the individuals and families of the communities we serve achieve their goals of self-sufficiency and an improved quality of life.
