About Us

The Victory Advantage was co founded by Ray and Renee Breazeale as a certified nonprofit dedicated to providing pathways of hope and opportunity for individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities to live beyond limitations by offering financial assistance and resources that promote independent living, dignity, and self-sufficiency in housing, employment, education and transportation.

Ray and Renee share a passion for individuals with disabilities. Their interest in this area stems from their personal lives because both of them have experienced firsthand the effects of disabilities. Ray grew up with a brother named Davie who had Downs Syndrome, and Renee suffered from a brain tumor, which at one point, left her unable to walk. Together, their goal is to rally the community to support and provide independent living solutions, while enlightening people on the best practices of engaging with people with disabilities in realizing respect and dignity without any limitations.


The non-profit offers financial assistance to qualifying applicants with cognitive and/or physical limitations to live independently with dignity.. Grant opportunities are currently available to individuals and 501c3 corporations., Apply today..
