The Phoenix Project Inc. ~ a community based agency where our clients are supported in rising from the ashes to a life they desire! Our mission is to advocate and support under-served populations through behavioral and mental health services: Community Health Workers, Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, Qualified Mental Health Professionals, Certified Peer Support Services, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation and Companion Care.
