Located just outside Monroe, North Carolina, Simpson’s Eggs produces and processes farm fresh eggs on more than 215 acres using a state-of-the-art facility capable of handling over one million hens. Spanning three generations, the Simpson family is committed to quality, food safety, and responsible farming practices. Eggs are gathered, processed, and packed on-site, ensuring freshness from the hen to your table.
