Greenserve is a local crawl space, basement, and home energy expert serving Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Greensboro and the Piedmont Triad, NC.

Greenserve, originally G&S Quality Insulation, is a full-service basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, and home performance company that has been in operation since 2014.

With over 25 years combined experience, Greenserve provides custom designed basement waterproofing and crawl space encapsulation systems as well as effective building envelope solutions for new construction and retrofits of older homes and businesses.

Greenserve offers technical assistance with home performance issues concerning moisture, heat loss, and indoor air quality. We use diagnostic equipment, infrared scanning, and our own experience and knowledge to find problems and recommend solutions.

Once the problems are found we develop a scope of work, assist in securing rebates and tax credits, and eliminate the issue for good!
