Jerard has been on all sides of a real estate since 2005. From construction, analysis and investing, to RE and mortgage sales, his experience is well rounded to say the least.

After graduating from San Diego State University, with a bachelor’s degree in finance, he moved to Charlotte, NC. He held a NC real estate agent license while he built financial models and did analysis of undervalued rental properties that he and his team acquired and managed. During this time he was simultaneously working in banking and markets in various credit, trading, risk, and analysis positions at banks and boutique investment firms.

He currently focuses on originating loans for real estate investors, building his own projects, and spending time with his wife and 3 active kids.
