Dellinger, Inc. is a well-established general contracting and heavy civil construction firm based in Monroe, NC, with roots dating back to 1972. For over 50 years, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure and earthwork projects throughout the Carolinas, serving both public agencies and private developers.

At its core, Dellinger is organized into three primary service divisions that address the full spectrum of civil construction needs:

The Line Division, which was the foundation of the company, focuses on pipe installation, water and sewer line construction, and underground utilities—work that remains essential to modern infrastructure.

The Plant Division, established in the early 1980s, specializes in water and wastewater treatment plant construction and renovation, having completed more than 150 projects for municipalities and industrial clients.

The Highway Division, added in the mid-1980s, builds highways, bridges, and transportation infrastructure for state departments of transportation and other partners, with more than 200 projects delivered.

Dellinger also provides comprehensive site development services, pump station construction and renovation, dewatering and well pointing, bridge construction and demolition, and other heavy civil work. They are licensed to operate in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, and are known for their commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and long-lasting client relationships.
