Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team at Interstate Supplies and Services. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our equipment is ready for customers, our logistics run smoothly, and our facility remains a professional, safe, and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Assembly: Efficiently assemble new outdoor power equipment (including Stihl, Echo, Exmark, Ferris, and Wright products) according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Logistics & Inventory: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring equipment and supplies are organized, accounted for, and properly secured for transport or storage.
• Facility Maintenance: Perform routine general upkeep of the shop and surrounding areas. This includes sweeping, organizing workbenches, managing waste disposal, and ensuring high-traffic areas remain clear.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace to minimize hazards; adhere to all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using standard hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when following assembly instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (preferred).
