Full Time Position as a Live-In Group Home Manager in Wingate, NC 

This position manages the full operation of the home and implementing supports to the Intellectual Developmental Disability residents that live in the home.  The Group Home Manager will ensure all aspects of group home functions and services needed by the residents; Ensure deadlines of documents; Collecting and verifying accuracy of required paperwork and maintaining confidentiality; Ability to drive a full size van. 

This position offers free room and board that include meals while on duty; full medical benefits package; Overtime pay; and paid Holiday time.  Guaranteed salary of $50K - $60K annually
This positions offers a $2000 sign on bonus paid in increments for the 1st year

Qualifications:  Must be 21 yrs of age; HS Diploma or GED; 6 months previous direct experience with IDD population; prior group home experience preferred; Must successfully pass background check and drug test; and must possess a valid driver license
