Make an Impact! HealthQuest of Union County (NC) is seeking a dynamic and creative Executive Director to advance our nonprofit mission to assist those in our community with free and low-cost pharmacy services. If you have proven and significant organizational leadership experience and top-notch nonprofit day to day management skills, coupled with the talent to inspire and build relationships and agency support among multiple constituencies then we want to talk with you.

Qualifications include:
•Three to five years of sophisticated senior level management experience in a non-profit agency, community-based organization, and/or other human service setting.
• Strong non-profit technical skills including budgeting, fiscal management, grant writing/management, fund raising, board development, and program impact management. Coursework completion in nonprofit leadership, essential concepts and best practices is preferred.
• Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach, inspire, and manage staff and volunteers, develop high-performance teams, set, and achieve stra-tegic program objectives, and manage a budget.
• Strong fundraising skills including proven history of grant writing, corporate and individual solicitations.
• Strong marketing, public relations, and fundraising experience with the ability to en-gage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and enthusiastic communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills.
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Office 365, QuickBooks and Windows applications.

This is a full-time salaried position that reports directly to our Board of Directors and includes managing a team of ten highly dedicated professionals. Executive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experience.
