Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.

- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Utilize the company software, used to enter customers, receive payments
- Provide administrative support to staff as required, including typing correspondence and reports.
- Assist with various clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer support skills with a friendly attitude.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
