Union County Women In Business Luncheon - Workforce of the Future and the Value of Humans
We all have benefited from the growing impact of robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and “Big Data” on everyday life. However, while society continues to invest in automation and machine capabilities, jobs are being replaced by technology, and the headcount at many companies is dropping. How can humans stay relevant in this fast-changing work environment?
At this Union County Women in Business Luncheon, attendees will hear from Dr. Cheryl Richardson, CEO & Regional Dean at Northeastern University - Charlotte. She will discuss how by leveraging our unique cognitive capacities, we can create new value in the workplace, where machines and technology are not our enemies.
Come have lunch with the Chamber, make some great connections, and listen to a topic that is becoming increasingly important in the workforce.
