Union County Wild Turkey 5K Trail Run & Walk
The Union County Wild Turkey 5K Trail Run & Walk kicks off the day for the Union County Heritage Festival. The 5K starts near the Simpson Event Center and finishes at the Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Teaching Garden. The trail runs through open fields and woodland trails in Jessie Helms Parks and the Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Teaching Garden.

Fees/Admission
Registration fees are $25 until July 31, $30 until August 31st, and then $35 until 7:45am on Race Day. Groups of 4 who register together receive a $5 discount each! Children aged 5 to 14 pay just $15! Online registration is limited to160 runners, and online registration ends at midnight on 9/18/23.
