Something spooky is brewing at the Community Shelter of Union County, and we’re getting ready for a night of tricks, treats, costumes, and Halloween fun!

Come Join the Celebration
Bring your little (and not-so-little!) ghosts and goblins, put on your favorite costume, and get ready to trick-or-treat from trunk to trunk! Our parking lot will be transformed into a Halloween wonderland filled with creatively decorated cars, sweet treats, and plenty of Halloween spirit.
Whether you’re a tiny pumpkin, a wicked witch, a scary skeleton, a friendly ghost, or something completely out of this world, you'll have a place at our Halloween celebration!
Want to Help?
We’re looking for volunteers to help make this Halloween night a hauntingly good time!
Decorate a trunk and pass out candy
Help hand out treats to our trick-or-treaters
Bring your Halloween spirit and join the festivities
Donate individually wrapped candy
Set up begins at 6:00 pm, so volunteers who are decorating their trunks should plan to arrive early.
No candy? No problem! We’ll have plenty of candy on hand. All you need to bring is yourself, your creativity, and your Halloween spirit!
Can't Join Us? You Can Still Help!
We’re accepting donations of individually wrapped candy to help fill our treat bags and keep our little monsters smiling all night long. Every piece of candy helps make the evening a little sweeter!
So grab your costumes, decorate your trunks, stock up on treats, and get ready to creep, crawl, and howl your way to the Community Shelter!
We can’t wait to see our community come together for a night of Halloween magic, spooky trunks, sweet treats, and frighteningly good fun!
Sign up to volunteer, decorate a trunk, or donate candy today!
We’ll see you there… if you dare!
