Haywood Stowe III is the General Manager of the Monroe Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this capacity, he leads a multi-functional team and partners with stakeholders and airlines to deliver world-class customer repairs in the aerospace market.
Haywood has over 25 years of experience delivering best-in-class results within global manufacturing & aerospace companies. He has verifiable strengths in designing & implementing daily processes and work procedures in support of Continuous Improvement programs. His drive to ?always deliver,? combined with a servant-leadership style, grit, & inspiring interpersonal skills, enables flawless collaboration with diverse leadership teams to deliver stretching goals in the midst of continuously challenging environments.
