Join the Chamber in celebrating Century’s grand opening of the Stonemill community model homes! Located just south of downtown Monroe in Union County, Stonemill offers convenient access to major highways and is only 45 minutes from Charlotte’s central business district.
Attendees will be invited to tour a beautiful collection of single- and two-story new homes ranging from 2,243 to 3,518 square feet, all situated on spacious 1+ acre homesites. New homes are available from the mid-$500s, and guests can also learn more about incredible limited-time savings being offered.
Refreshments will be served, and special giveaways will be available for attendees.
Directions: Take NC-74 South, turn right onto 601 South, then right onto 200 South. The community will be on the left. Stonemill is approximately 11 minutes from NC-74.
