Public Policy - 2025 Legislative Agenda

Public Policy - 2025 Legislative Agenda

In the past 30 years Union County has added over 150,000 residents and is projected to add nearly the same amount over the next 30 years. With this level of continuous growth comes opportunities and challenges.

Union County Chamber Public Policy Consultant Brian Francis (Lumin Strategies) will present the Chamber's 2025 Legislative Agenda, including the process used to develop the Agenda, the focus areas the Agenda addresses, and next steps in the Chamber's advocacy work.

Attendees will participate in roundtable discussions about the Chamber's three public policy focus areas:  infrastructure, workforce development, and regulations/taxes.

The Chamber's Public Policy program is designed to create a business-friendly environment in our community through advocacy, education, and leadership. The Chamber convenes community leaders, business leaders, and community stakeholders to provide a series of forums for relevant discussions about policies impacting business.
