Brian Francis is founder of Lumin Strategies, a strategic consulting firm that works at the intersection of business and government to help Chambers (including ours) and other membership organizations advocate for their members. He is a faculty member for the US Chamber’s Institute of Organization Management where he teaches classes in creating government affairs programs and building alliances.  Brian has more than 30 years of experience in running campaigns, lobbying and building public policy programs including as legislative liaison for Mecklenburg County and VP of Public Policy Programs at the Charlotte Chamber.
Brian holds a BA in Political Science from Davidson College.
