NCMedAssist Mobile Free Pharmacy Program
Take home free over-the-counter medicine items such as allergy, cough and cold, pain relief, vitamins, children's medicine, and more! Come see us in person on event day or order online and come pick up your medicines.
Online ordering: All participants are encouraged to preorder their medicine online. This allows them to customize their medicine based on their specific needs. If someone is unable to preorder for medicine in advance, they will be able to choose 6-7 medicines of their choice at the event. All medicine is based on availability, and on a first come, first served basis.

Homebound: We aim to serve as many homebound individuals as possible. Participants can fill out the online preorder form using the listed link above and have a designated person pickup on their behalf, or they can fill out the attached homebound form and scan and email the forms to Anita Boswell-Russell at aboswellrussell@medassist.org. All forms must be submitted by Friday, October 17, 2025.
