Zenitra Perry is a powerhouse brand strategist, leadership developer, and former Vice President at HBO, where she led global marketing initiatives and built impactful teams across international markets. Today, she is the founder of Hundredfold Consulting, where she blends strategy, storytelling, and soul to help leaders and organizations move with authenticity and impact. 

Through her leadership development practice, Zenitra designs and facilitates transformative retreats and workshops that help emerging and seasoned leaders deepen self-awareness, strengthen team connection, and cultivate cultures of trust, inclusion, and innovation. Her retreats, known for their blend of experiential learning and real-world application, equip leaders with practical tools to navigate change, resolve conflict, and inspire peak performance, all while fostering an environment where authenticity thrives. 

Zenitra is the 2022 Clio Entertainment Award winner for her work in brand marketing, and was recognized as one of the 2024 Women of Influence by the Union County Chamber of Commerce for her outstanding entrepreneurial leadership, women's mentorship and community impact. 

When she?s not coaching leaders or speaking on stages, Zenitra is living life out loud! She spent her childhood as a competitive tap dancer and now channels that same rhythm and joy into her love of dance, music, and culture. Every year, she travels to Trinidad & Tobago for Carnival to reconnect with the freedom, movement, and soul that fuel her personal and professional mission.
