Grace humanizes authority and bridges growth. Titles may grant power, but grace earns credibility. When leaders lead with empathy, patience, and accountability, they create space for people to show up fully - not just to perform a role. For emerging leaders, especially, grace provides room to learn and stumble without removing responsibility. That is how confidence is cultivated, not crushed, and how leaders are truly developed.
Keyua McElveen is the Director of Co-Curricular and Community Experience, connecting students to meaningful opportunities through strategic partnerships.
