Brian Francis serves as the public policy consultant for the Union County Chamber. In this program, he shares his expertise on being an effective advocate.  The program includes information on how to become engaged in civic affairs and a role-playing exercise that will allow participants the opportunity to practice developing messaging, strategy, and tactics to advance public policy.
