The City of Monroe has officially launched the Downtown Master Plan, a community-driven roadmap that will guide development, public spaces, mobility, housing, and the overall Downtown experience for years to come.

Our first public engagement open house will give residents, business owners, and community members a chance to meet the project team, share ideas, and help shape the next Downtown Master Plan.
