Common Heart is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to addressing food insecurity and eliminating generational poverty through food pantries, empowerment programs, and community-building resources. For 20 years, we have connected our neighbors in Union County and beyond with the resources, support, and relationships needed to build brighter futures. Together with our volunteers, donors, community partners, and countless supporters, Common Heart is building a small revolution of kindness where all our neighbors are able to thrive.
 

Common Heart provides food pantry services, emergency food assistance, workforce development programs, financial literacy education, poverty alleviation initiatives, volunteer engagement opportunities, community resource navigation, and family support services.
