Leaders are made, not born. Today's organizations don't always get it right when promoting an employee to a leader role. They underestimate the soft skills required to be successful, relying on technical brilliance.
Join Lynn Dessert, a Certified Executive Coach, at this YPUC Luncheon for an enlightening conversation on the top five leadership development traits that help executives become more successful in their roles.
At this luncheon you will learn:
- How to anticipate the critical skills for leadership success
- How to assess your current skill competency level
- When to plan for your development
- How to execute your plan and meet your personal/professional goals
This is a great way to start off your year, by having lunch with the Chamber and enhancing your professional development skills. We hope you will join us!
