On December 1, 2016, there will be new regulations affecting overtime pay for exempt, full-time salaried employees making less than $47,746 annually under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Dalton, Esq., a partner at Fisher Phillips, will present his talk, "Show Me The Money" and update our attendees on the new overtime requirements including: changes to the "white collar" executive, administrative and professional exemptions; alternate pay plans that businesses can use to reduce overtime costs; and when employers are and are not required to pay for travel and training time, as well as other activities.
