Responsible for managing the shift. This includes opening the store, counting down the cash drawer, preparing the menu, keeping an accurate food par count, cleaning, serving customers, making sure crew members are following proper procedures, and closing the store down. Their primary role is to ensure that the bakery runs smoothly, customers are satisfied, and the team is working efficiently.
The Crew Member is responsible for working alongside fellow crew members to deliver stellar customer service and a variety of expertly crafted dessert products. General expectations for this position consist of the following:
· Greet our guests with a smile, and positive attitude. Quickly and accurately take customer orders and payment.
· Take phone orders, or catering orders to
