Superior Plumbing and Drains is a family-owned company that focuses primarily on residential and commercial service plumbing.  We’re looking to hire a highly motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and customer service-oriented talent. We will provide everything necessary for success- including a truck, truck stock, tablet, training, and tools (we expect you to provide your own hand/standard power tools). Our main goal is customer satisfaction, so we expect work to be done thoroughly and cleanly.

Minimum qualifications:

• 2 years of residential service plumbing experience.
• A valid driver's license, with a good driving record (will be checked prior to hire)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

The candidate should be comfortable with the diagnosis and repair of common residential and commercial plumbing issues, such as conventional water heaters, tankless heaters, sewer lines, water lines, toilets, faucets, shower valves, stopped drains, etc.

Pay is commission-based at 25%, with various sales and customer service competitions throughout the year that lead to additional payouts.
