Job Description
Responsible for relaying incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, providing general information about the Chamber and Union County community, performing diversified clerical duties in a professional and efficient manner.
Duties include answering multi-line telephone system, greeting incoming visitors, providing information, receiving deliveries, distributing mail, assisting with event preparation, inputting data into the chamber CRM database, preparing deposits, and other general office duties.
Qualifications include strong communication, interpersonal skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Power Point, Publisher, Excel, Word, Outlook.  High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year related experience and/ot training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Temporary position -- 6 - 8 week assignment.
