She is a human capital strategist\, solutions designer\, and change agent. Jayne is energized by initiatives that drive business performance and engage employees. She is inspired by the stakeholder capitalism principles.\n\n\n\nAfter earning a B.S. in Chemistry (WVU)\, Jayne served in multidisciplinary roles for over 15 years at Chemical Abstracts Service. She analyzed scientific journals and patents\, managed editorial operations\, performed IT requirements analysis\, and led the transformation of the global client product training and sales enablement unit into a modern learning enterprise. That ended during the economic downturn shortly after she completed an MBA (OSU).\n\n\n\nJayne transitioned to L&D and human resources in the manufacturing\, engineering\, and technology sectors. She built her expertise by earning a Facilitator Certification\, Lean Green Belt\, Scrum Master Certification\, and SHRM-SCP. Insights from these disciplines enabled her to serve as a valued partner to the business. With a passion for improvement and a knack for crafting a vision and making it happen\, she led several digital (HCM and LMS) and business unit transformations.\n\n\n\nJayne and her family relocated to the LKN/Charlotte area in March 2020. On this new adventure\, Jayne now seeks to leverage her professional experience to promote a corporate focus on stakeholder capitalism. Her goals are to elevate the employee experience and enhance organizational performance.
