If 2020 has taught us anything, it's that the old adage is true: the only constant is change. Whether that change is planned, or unexpected, adjusting can be a challenge.
Join us for our final Women in Business event of the year to hear from 3 inspiring women who have managed change with courage and grace.
From career changes, to family changes that affect work-life balance to striking out into the unknown, our panel will share their stories and answer your questions about facing fears and taking on change.
Hear from:
- Mackenzie Farone-Waite, Senior Manager of Corporate Communications with Greiner Bio-One, made the change to working from home when she and her family moved to Pennsylvania. Soon after that, she faced the change of working from home with a newborn when COVID-19 hit. Hear how she was pro-active to make changes to her personal and professional life.
- Lorayn DeLuca faced multiple changes. She spent years working in her dream career as an actor before the recession forced her to move into the world of HR. She received a Masters in Organization Development, Change Management, and Conflict Resolution, and spent time working as Director of Human Resources for several Government entities. But she never gave up her dream, and was able to make her way back to the theater. She'll share how she made change work for her.
- Debra Jackson, a small business owner, realized corporate America was not the place for her. She'll share how she knew it was time to move on, and how she embraces the possibilities of change daily in her new adventure.
