Prior to joining Wingate\, she served as the Director of Human Resources at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) where she provided HR leadership and support to 600+ employees. \n\n\n\nWhile serving at the NCAA\, Dori also helped design\, develop and implement human resources strategies focused on talent acquisition\, on-boarding\, leadership development\, talent management and employee engagement. \n\n\n\nDori earned her Master of Human Resource Development from Clemson University and is also a proud alumna of Ball State University. \n\n\n\nShe recently served as a board member of the YMCA Avondale Meadows and served on the Ball State University Black Alumni Constituency Board for over 10 years.
