DESCRIPTION:March 8 is International Women's Day and Atrium Health is celebrating a day early at their UCWIB Connections event!\n\nAtrium Health is a female-dominated organization across their entire structure\, but in healthcare\, there is only 17% of female surgeons in a male-dominated industry.  Medical school students and hospital chaplains are also typically lower-represented by a female population as well.  \n\nAt this UCWIB Connections event\, Atrium Health is focusing on the International Women's Day motto of #balanceforbetter by having a panel of speakers from various male-dominated medical fields to give talks. \n\n\n\nRefreshments will be served and every attendee will receive a "swag bag."  There will also be games and prizes!\n\n\n\nRegister today to join in on the fun and celebrate with the Atrium Health team!\n\n\n\nConnections events are open to non-members.  If you are already a UCWIB member\, bring a friend!
