Prior to joining IES in 2008\, Holli spent 14 years in the private sector managing the corporate safety program for a large healthcare system. Her responsibilities included ensuring compliance with a variety of regulatory entities including OSHA\, EPA\, DOT\, NFPA and others. Additionally\, her professional experience includes the investigation of work-related accidents and injuries\, emergency management\, incident command and the development and implementation of processes designed to reduce or mitigate identified safety risks. She also has experience as a Six Sigma Green Belt with active involvement in healthcare quality improvement projects.
